Delivery of Goods

Delivery Timeframe

In accordance with our preferred courier service's standard delivery period, orders will be delivered within 5–7 working days, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times may vary based on the geographical location of your address.

Delivery Method

We strive to provide an affordable shopping experience. Standard "free" deliveries are processed through LUKS South Africa's preferred courier service. All deliveries require a signature from the person who registered, purchased, and completed the order, in accordance with applicable law.

Recipient Availability and Acceptance

Should the intended recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel will be delivered to the address listed on the waybill in accordance with standard courier practices. Authorised personnel at the delivery premises (such as reception, security, or designated staff) may accept parcels on behalf of the recipient.

A delivery is considered successfully completed once it has been signed for at the verified address.

Recipient-Only Deliveries

If a shipment must be handed strictly to the named recipient, you must clearly specify this via a "recipient only" instruction (or equivalent service) at the time of booking.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery at the shipping address you provided when completing your order. LUKS South Africa cannot be held responsible for undelivered parcels or those not signed for by the intended recipient or authorised personnel.
